Ron Peltier is chairman and chief executive officer of HomeServices of America, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and the nation’s second-largest full-service residential real estate brokerage firm. Ron has helped build Home Services of America into a massive conglemeration of 22 companies and eventually this became Berkishire Hathaway’s vehicle to enter the real estate industry. Ron has a bird’s eye view probably better than any other single human being of the real estate market in the United States.
