Harvard Business School recently posted a compendium of interviews with their 2011 Alumni Achievement Award winners. Seth Klarman was one of the five winners and provided some nice “life lessons”. We recommend the whole 20 minute video, but if you are short on time, here are the times on the video where he speaks (0:56, 3:27, 7:24, 11:10, 18:09). He speaks about why Baupost has been so successful, how the culture of the firm was built and maintained, giving back to the community, and of course the obligatory plug for Harvard Business School.
